"I recently bought a new phazer from you and upon pick up your salesman spent almost an hour going over everythig on the sled. When i say everything i mean everything. He even put the sled up on a lift and went over the suspension,cooling and all lubrication points.
In contrast i had bought a new sled from a local dealer a few years ago and when i picked it up they gave me the keys and i loaded the sled and was left to my own devices to figure out everything on my own.
When i buy my next sled or motorcycle i will buy it here.I also have let everyone i know that if they want a yamaha to buy it here .

"Fantastic Service! My Tour Deluxe had a sputter on deceleration from the time it was new in 2005, the technicians at Mukwonago Yamaha corrected what a half dozen others could not. The bike now literally runs better than when it was brand new. Thanks Guys and keep up the great work!

"I purchased a new 2006 Yamaha Vino 125 from Mukwonago Yamaha and couldn't be happier with my scooter and whole the purchasing experience. I had looked at other dealers in my area, and couldn't get a straight answer on pricing; one dealer even wanted to charge me a $300 setup and delivery fee. I corresponded with the staff at Mukwonago Yamaha mostly by e-mail to discuss the availability and pricing on my purchase. There were no hidden fees, and I also got a great price on the extended warranty compared to what I was being quoted at other dealers in the area. When I visited in person, all the staff was very helpful, and not high pressure at all. Delivery of my new scooter was handled very well, and the completeness of the walk-through of the new scooter was the best of any vehicle I've purchased -- even better than my Saturn car, and Saturn's known for their customer service.
When I look for another motorcycle or other Yamaha product, I'm definitely going to Mukwonago Yamaha first. "

"Very nice place Excellent Customer Service they treat you like family. I havent seen service like this in a long time. They show you how to use the product you are interested in and buying, they make you feel safe with the hands on training of the product. I would drive the distance and buy from Mukwonago Yamaha over and other motorcycle shop. Sales is great we bought two bikes in 2004 and we bought new ones in 2006 and they knew us and they didnt treat us like a number they treated us like family. Just wanted to say 5 stars for everything across the board.
